Legal Question in Workers Comp in Kansas

workmans comp.

have had problems with both hands so my work sent me to hand dr. he then did carpel tunnel release surgery and it didn't help only made worse. now they offer me $2390.22 to settle. is this a fair amount for no help on both hands?
