Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Kentucky

I live in Kentucky. I am thinking about filing chapter 7 bankruptcy. Is my Ford retirement account

(TESPHE) at risk? I am 61 years old and retired, and can withdraw it.

So long as you are not required to withdraw from the account and it is a qualifying retirement account, then it would be exempt and you could keep it intact.
