Invalid Signature?

Could a signature/signed contract be called invalid if the individual signing was under the influence of perscription medications, such as sedatives or pshyciatric medications?

Re: Invalid Signature?

Who knew that the signer was under the influence? Which drug(s) specifically and in what doses and what is the weight of the signer? Does the signature appear to be slurred? Was the party trying to enforce contract present when it was signed? Did that party have any reason to know or realize the signer was under the influence?

Are you the signer? Are you trying to use that to get out of a deal you made? Have you been under the influence of the same drug continuously from then until now? When did you think or realize you'd made a mistake of some sort? Was the contract for the purchase of something you've been able to make use of?

How much $$ are we talking about, please?
