Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Kentucky

garnishment

currently being garnished for legal 25% as I am told law allows (credit card) ,can they still chrge me apr percentage rate on credit card? I am told part of judgement was court costs and 22%interest rate being chrged , balance 4400 have paid 3200 and am told I still owe over 3400 still ,is this legal? anyway to fight this?

You can either try to settle the claim for a lump sum payable immediately or consider filing bankruptcy and discharging the debt.
