IS it doctor shopping if both physicians know about each other and what medications each doctor prescribes?

If you have full disclosure to both doctors and you know they are in contact with each other, then I do not think this would be illegal, however, I woudl get something in writing from both doctors that they are aware fo what you are doing and of all medications you are on or requesting.
