false imprisonment
on 6/05/09 i contacted the henderson police dept concerning an epo that my wife had on me. i called them to get an officer to help get my clothing. the officer called me back an told me that an officer would meet me at the house. when i get there they arrest me

The only recommendation I can make is to hire an attorney or apply for a public defender. The police will certainly have a different story than you do, and whether you violated the EPO depends on how it is worded and what you did.
Get a lawyer to straighten this out for you.
