Legal Question in DUI Law in Kentucky

KY License - DUI in NC

I have not been convicted of a DWI in North Carolina but at my arrest I blew a .20 BAC. My question concerns if I am convicted of DWI in NC, what will happen to my license in KY. If my license to drive in NC is revoked, will I be allowed to drive in my home state of Kentucky.

Re: KY License - DUI in NC

The Driver's License Cabinet will be notified, and will adminstratively suspend your license. So eventually, your KY license will be suspended upon conviction.
