Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

Adopting Grand children

We have custody of our two grand daughters, by agreed order. Order was placed in Kentucky. We are now in Colorado - with the kids- the mother of the girls, our daughter has signed an agreement to terminate her parental rights. The father is ready (I hope) to do the same. Where do we find an attorney to handle the adoption? and will we have any problems with the state (CO) or social services? Such as investigating us to see if we qualify as adoptive parents? A name of a good attorney would be a great help.
