child day care
I have been paying half child care for my daughter for five years ,she is now 11years old. At what age should this stop. Also her grandmother is the one who watches the child, and child care is paid to the mother.

If it's not a legitimate child care expense, you need to motion the court for relief from this payment. Consult an atty. in your area. A typical motion of this type should cost between $250 and $500 depending on the amount of work necessary (the harder the proof and length of hearing, the more expensive it will be). Good luck.
