court hearing

have a hearing date for childsupport to be done by wage assignment. the agreement was done through a mediated agreement per the divorce. the courts sent a letter stating 5 days before hearing to exchange and file with the courts any documents to be used as evidence. what documents should i take?

Since this involves child support, the court is looking for any documents that will show what your income is. The technical term for this is "pay advises" which include pay stubs. Usually judges want to see the last three pay periods at a minimum. If one is self employed, they often must provide tax returns and an income/expense statement.
