Are all parents entitled to joint physical custody of their children?

If a parent has joint physical custody, how much child support must they pay the other parent?

KY law presumes both parents have a right to joint custody unless there are issues such as neglect or abuse. Child support is determined by the Child Support Guidelines found in KRS 403.212.
