home owners living together

we are splitting up when ever house sells. he has moved his son in and I have never wanted that. son is 20 in and out of trouble all the time. do i have any rights? to get the son out?

You could ask the court, if you filed a legal action for divorce or separation, to have the son or spouse removed. Depending on the history of the son, a court may or may not grant your request. You may also have an argument to file a forcible detainer action to evict the son, if the residence is in your name and your husband and there is no lease.
