my ex husband and I filed and received a dissolution of marriage without children. we have 3 children together but since we already had a child support order we felt we didnt need to include the kids since we were in agreement of custody as well. Could we get introuble for that?

Could you get in trouble for purposely lying to the court? Yep, I think you could indeed. What to do about it now that you have completed the act is a bigger question that is beyond the scope of what you could get for a free consult online. Trying to undo it could make matters worse. I suggest you see a lawyer about this.
