power of attorney
my mother was taking care of her phiscially handicap sister who is 70 years old. now my mother has passed away and my aunt is living with me how do i get power of attorney?

If she is physically handicapped, but this mentally competent, then she just needs to sign a power of attorney document outlining what the POA is authorized to do. It is best to get an attorney to draft it, but you can find examples online - it is just that if you get one online, there is no attorney with professional liability behind that document.
