Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

I signed a visitation agreement with my sons father about a month ago. At the time we were being cordial and trying to work things out. That isn't the case anymore and I would like to move back t my home state, Missouri, to be closer to my family. How can I start the process of getting a new agreement so I can move in the smoothest way?

You will have to either get the father's permission to move or file a motion with the Court asking to move out of state. Whether you would be successful in this matter depends on the facts and you should consult an attorney about the reasons for the move prior to attempting same.
