What happens when someone from Africa is in the states married to a women lying on his paperwork but has a child with another woman and now has a girlfriend. Can he get in trouble for this.

If you are asking about someone committing marriage fraud, then yes, this is a serious federal crime (for both an African person and his USA citizen "pretend on paperwork" wife).

It's punishable by a fine up to USD 250,000 and up to 5 years in jail.
