dependent visa

i want to call my wife on dependent visa on F2 status to us. can any one let me know that after visa in how much time or month she should come to us. is there any limit or she can come anytime.

My understanding is that a holder of a F-2 visa can come over with the spouse or join the spouse later at any time. The duration of the F-2 dependent visa lasts as long as the principal applicant holds a valid F-1 visa. The F-2 loses status when the F-1 loses their status. Hope this answers your question.
