Regarding A car Accident i had

I Was In A Car Accident When I Was 15.Filed A Lawsuit And Won.Now I'm 25 And I Suffer From Bi Polar Disorder/Szitsaprenia Which I know Came From The Accident.The Statue Of Limitations Has Run Out in 2003 But To Me I Don't Think I Was In The Right Mind To File A Lawsuit Then.I'm Currently On Disabilty And Have Or Can Get All The Info Needed To Prove That It's From The Car Accident.Do I have Any Shot At Filing A Lawsuit

Based on the information provided, you can not file a lawsuit as you already did and won. If you had not filed the lawsuit already, and could prove that you have been incompetent since before the statute ran, you would have a shot.
