Legal Question in Personal Injury in Kentucky

i had came over a hill and there was a car stopped at the bottom and they started to take off then stopped again , i tried to stop but my tires locked up and i slid into them now everyone is telling me its my fault when it didnt hardly do anything to there car but done $3000 to mine , and to make it even worse they stoped in the middle of the highway again after our wreck . whos fault would it be

You might be able to craft an argument that there was contributory negligence, but certainly you're mostly at fault. If you had insurance, and hopefully you did since it's the law, pay your deductible and be done with it, it won't matter anyway. It would only mattered if you were injured.
