Give our interest in a property to our daughter

In kentucky, how do i transfer ownership of a property i solely own, to my daughter? Thank you for this valuable service!!

The how to is easy. Why is another and more important question. When one knows the answer to that question one can advise on whether this is the best thing to do or not. Usually giving appreciated assets like real estate to children as a gift prior to death is a "tax stupid" thing to do.

I advise you consult an attorney. The modest consultation fee may well save you and your daughter many thousands of dollars.
