Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Kentucky

My three siblings and I inherited property from our mother upon her death in 2008. She left a will stating we were to sell the property and divide the proceeds equally among us upon her death. Now two do not want to sell, do not want to buy the others out, or do not want to work toward any other reasonable solution.

How do I file a partition lawsuit in FL in order to achieve her wishes and sell the property?
