My father pasted away. I've been a stranged with him. He is married I'm his only child I don't know if he had a will or if I was in it.

Even if he did not have a will, you are entitled to a portion of his state through the laws of intestate. However, likely most of his property was jointly held if he was married, and his wife would assume full ownership, so there may not be anything to even inherit. You can check the records in his county to find out if his estate has been probated. Seek local counsel there if you believe you should inherit.
