my mother died back in december of last year and no one except my youngest brother who was her power of atty has seen her will and wont say anything about it how do we get to see it to

Do you know if your brother has filed it with the Probate Division of District Court? If he has, it will be there. If he has not, proceedings should be.filed to probate the will, including the appointment of an executor or executrix to carry out your late mother's wishes as expressed in her will.
