Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Kentucky

My oldest son who i have been estranged from for many years has a will that i doubt is valid-my mother passed away almost a year ago yet he has not filed anything with the court-what do i need to do to dispute will and force him to produce the so-called will which he couldve gotten online and faked with names of attorney and witnesses to prove her signature is not real and was faked and also how can i force him to file in court/probate to determine who is the beneficiary?

Please accept my condolences on the loss of your mom.

I would suggest you file the paperwork in the county where mom died and ask to be appointed as Administrator of mom's estate and tell the court she had no will. Because you don't actually know if she did or not, so that's a truthful statement. In New York you can file papers with the court and ask them to force your son to produce the will, if he has one, but I don't know if that's possible in your state.

Once again, please accept my condolences on the loss of your mom.
