Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Kenya

If a will was written and after the passing on of the owner of the estate then automatically the beneficiaries/ heir to the estate are entitled to it according to the stated will. now the problem is whoever wrote the will, mispelled the names and it is assumed that now that means the real beneficiaries are not entitled because their names do not appear on the will. the case has gone to court and the judge has ordered Rectification of the cetrificate of grant.my question is how long will it take for the whole thing to be rectified and for the beneficiaries to claim their estate?

The application to the court which is seized of the matter may take at 45 days to deliver a ruling once the application has been made to the court.Otherwise to fast track the process you need to get an attorney to file the application under certificate of urgency to get your rectification done as soon as possible.Thankyou and hope this solves your query.
