Hi my question is: I am not US citizen I want to ask if my grandma has a US ID and she lives at US but my mom doesn't have US ID can I go to the embassy to take visa to go to US or it's hard to take visa?

No. Most likely you can't claim US citizenship. For case-specific legal advice you shall consult a US immigration lawyer.

As a foreign citizen (non-US citizen), you need to apply for a visa in order to travel to USA.
