if you had a felony conviction and got another charge a plead to a article 893 will you be able to get your record expunged

If the court gives you an 893, you get the benefit of that article, UNLESS you withheld information from the court that would have prohibited your right to the 893 plea. Of course if the information is never discovered, then you could get away with it. If it is, then carry a toothbrush.
