Legal Question in Disability Law in Louisiana

I have been married to my husband for over 37 years. I am currently 61 years old. I worked for 30 years and retired at age 50. I want to apply for Social Security Disability. If I divorce him and we continue to live together in the home we both own, will I still be able to get my Social Security Disability?
