Legal Question in Disability Law in Louisiana

i was terminated from my job because when i arrived at work before i clocked in i had an anxiety attack, my employer knew when they hired me that i had this problem an i was on medication, when i had the attack i fell an hit my head an passed out so the ambulance was called and i was taken to the hospital where i was informed by my manager on the phone that i was terminated because i caused a scene. i need to know if i have a case or not if u can please let me know i would greatly appreciate it
