Legal Question in Administrative Law in Louisiana

I have power of attorney given to me by my brother who is the exectuer of undivided proptery .he is very hostile towards me . do i still have power of attorney . can he take that away from me .

A power of attorney is good for the period stated in the POA, or for the life of the one granting it, or until the object of the POA no longer exists, or until the one granting the POA rescinds it, whichever comes first.
