Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Louisiana

If I have a default judgment on a company which actually has offices in every state...................here is my question which state has the shortest appeal process if i transfered the judgment to that state for a post judgment rule.................................

All you have to do is wait for your Judgment to become final in the State where you obtained it. Once it is final and the appeals time have run, you take a certified copy to whatever State you want to execute it in and have it made a judgment of that State. To not allow the appeal times to run where you obtained the Judgment would make any attempt to execute the judgment premature. I do not know what State you obtained the Judgment in, so I cannot tell you what the appeal times are.
