Dear LawGuru Friend,

I suggest you call the Trustee handling your

case and advise him that you intention is to

begin to pay your payments on time, as much

as you are humanly possible; and that SHOULD

please him. Whether it pleases him or not, begin

to do your best and pay as much as you humanly

can on the payments he has scheduled you to

pay. You can't do the impossible! However, do

what is possible! It could be that you will have

eventually to convert your Chapter Thirteen proceeding

to a Chapter 7 proceeding, but I suggest you do

your best to avoid that. In the meantime, feel free to

e-mail me at [email protected] and feel

free to consider me your legal "friend" to help you

with this matter. I am now retired from the practice

of law, but I still love the law and my lifetime calling

of helping people. Of course, there is no charge for

my services.

Looking forward to hearing back from you, I am

Sincerely,
