Defaulting a building contract

A BUILDING CONTRACT''LICENCE WAS EXPIRED' BID A PRICE OF 48000 FOR A SMALL HOUSE ,BEING A DISABLED VET,I WAS SICK AND NO WHERE TO LIVE ETC. AFTER A BIT I RELIZED THIS CONTRACT MY WIFE A I HIRED TO OUR HOUSE ,WAS MILKING US AND CONING FOR MORE MONEY,THEN STOPPING AT NO WINDONS OR DOORS HAVING MORE OF THE MONEY BIDDED NOW I HAD HIRE ANOTHER CARPORTER,TO FINISH THE FIRST CONTRACTcon man,PUT A LIEN ON MY HOUSE ,EVEN WANTING MORE MONEY please help somebody i am disable vet

You need to see an attorney. There are criminal laws which protect you from contractors who do not give you the materials and labor you paid for. You may want to take your complaint to the district attorney in your Parish.
