Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Louisiana

I was wrongfully terminated! I work for a restraunt and my manger poasted my scheduale and then changed it 2 hour before i had to be at work , she did not call untill 4 hour after the time i was soppose to be their and i was fired for not showing up for work at 8:30 in the morin, Is that right?

Louisiana is an at will state. You can be fired for anything that is not specifically protected by law such as race, sex or religion. You have a right to seek unemployment.
