Legal Question in Technology Law in Louisiana

School DISPUTE needs assistance

To Whom It May Concern:

I am having a dilemma with my son at him school. My son posted some things on the internet that

were about his school closing. Yes, the school is closing, but what he posted was not offensive. He

posted in response to what another poster had said. The other poster made accusations that the

school board was racist and slaveowners. That was discrimination. The current school is consolidating

with another school due to population of the current school. I know that he has the right to freedom of

speech, but is this limited tok the internet. Please advise, because it would be nice to have an attorney's

opinion IF they decide to take this to then office. They have no proof that he typed it,and they are making

accusations about him... What would be the best preference, to plead the 5th ammendmant or just tell them

what an attorney has said. Nothing he said was offensive towards anyone because it was all true.. The accusations

are ruining his reputation among his peers. Please respond via e-mail ASAP with any comments or suggestions.

Need to see Terms of Use and nature of posting. I could then determine if I could assist you legally.
