Is the wife responsible for debt that husband incurred before the marriage, can they sue her personally?

The debt is technically the husband's separate debt, and the wife cannot be sued personally. However, if the creditor sues the husband and obtains a judgment, the creditor can seize community property (wages, bank accounts, etc) to satisfy the debt.
