Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
I have been driving without insurance for just one day. I had and accident and it was my fault, But i dont have a job. So will I go to jail? and what is my options to stay out of jail, and get the court to work with me.

You will not go to jail, but you may be personally sued for the other driver's property damage and personal injuries.
