Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

My 1st wife produced a child...after we divorced I found out she cheated with multiple guys..the child looks nothing like me by the way......since the divorce she has put me on child support....I'm scheduled for a DNA test...in the result the child is not mine, am I still required to pay child support to her just cause my name is on the birth certificate??

The strongest assumption of paternity is that....."the husband of the mama is the daddy of the baby." You will still need to file to disavow paternity and request that CS be stopped. You owe support until a Judge rules you are not.
