Court order to pick up personal property

My soon to be ex wants to come and remove a boat which he did own prior to our marriage,, but I have a restraining order prohibitng him from coming near my residence and he says he is going to get a court order to obtain it,, Can he legally do that?

Yes, with the court order or your consent.

I suggest you make this as easy for him as possible as the boat is a fight you cannot win. Save your energy for real disputes.
