custody of my child
can i get custody of my child if the mother is doing drugs and hanging around pepole that does it. what can i do about it? can i stop my child from going there and the legel way to do it.

There are many factors involved in child custody cases. Whether one of the parties is using drugs is definetly a consideration in determining who is better suited to have the child live with them primarily.
