Divorce

I need to file for a divorce but I don't know where my spouse is at this point in order to have him served. What can I do ?

Your lawyer will have an attorney appointed as curator to try to find your husband and represent him if he cannot be found.

You can serve him by publication. Contact an attorney. The attorney will make sure the service requirements are met.
