Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

Divorce when you can not find your spouse

I am trying to divorce someone who I have been seperated from for approximatley two years. I can not find a current address, or her. Is there a form that I can use to recieve a divorce with out her presence. If so is this form avaiable to down load, or at a local library, so I can file it myself?

You cannot get a divorce without some sort of service of process on your wife. In your case, you would need to file your suit and have a curator ad hoc appointed to accept service on her behalf. I think you would be better off consulting an attorney.
