Full Custody Battle

I been divorced for about 4yrs. I am the custodial parent and my ex husband gets visitation rights. He has been to jail for not paying child support as well as for drugs. He has gone to rehab and lives with his parents. I want to take him to court for full custody. I would like to find a really good lawyer. I live in MS now. He also owes me 20,000.00 dollars in back pay child support and comes in and out of her life when he sees fit.
