Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

is it legal and/or a conflict of interest for a lawyer to represent his receptionist live in boyfriend in the boyfriends divorce and child custody case...and yes she was part of the break-up of this marriage...........

From the facts you have relayed, I see no conflict. A conflict of interest means that the attorney has an interest (or percieved interest) that conflicts with his client's interests. So, he probably could not represent his receptionist's husband against her in a case, but he can represent his receptionist's boyfriend in a case against another party.
