What does the Louisiana Relocation Law, LSA R.S. 9:354.1 et seq say about moving

You are not specific as to the circumstances. Are you asking about 9:341 in regards to domestic violence? There is a prohibition in that statute against removing the child from the Court's jurisdiction. If you are asking about moving when there are custody and visitation orders in effect, the Court must approve any move outside of the State and must resolve any visitation changes if the move is within the State.
