Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

In the middle of a divorce,stupidly dropped restrianing order,now he shows up with the screaming cursing and threats,,very good at lying,just agood ole boy in our town,,,no one will believe me nor kids..Cannot move because he has partial custody..What do I do now??
