Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

I have a son that was born with 3 heart defects. In my custody papers it states that the father is responsible for 70% of any out of the ordinary medical expenses. I do have health insurance and Medicaid that cover the medical part for him. Would the father be responsible for air flight and hotel stay costs that incurred while out of state for a heart procedure? Also, he is responsible for 70% daycare costs and I'm responsible for 30%. When my son visited him for the summer, the father put him in a very expensive camp for a month. Now he wants me to pay the 30%. Am I responsible for that since he was with his father on a visitation arrangement? Lastly, we co-own a vehicle that's I currently use. He was suppose to pay it off but what he is doing is deducting that amount from child support. Can he do that? What are my options?

You will have to return to court to change anything. Yes, he owes 70% of extraordinary expenses related to the child and as to the camp, it is likely you may owe 30% but the court would have to hear the reasons for the camp. He cannot deduct anything from the child support.
