Contract termination
I have a contract which expires in June, 2005. The other party is trying to terminate this contract for no good reaqson. Is this legal?

The ability of either party to terminate the contract will depend on the language in the contract. Most contracts will have a provision in them explaining how one or the other party can end the contractual relationship. So, obviously, the answer to your question depends on the language of the contract.

The rules of most contracts exist within the contract itself. Consult an attorney.
