Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Louisiana

What should I do if CPS goes against a judges order and removes my children, give them to someone without my consent, and puts me in jail???

CPS cannot put you in jail. If they remove your children, then they have a court order. If not, then they are liable for damages and possibly several criminal charges.
