Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Louisiana

Are there any legal aid lawyers around the Jena, Louisiana area that handle civil cases, ie, phone harassment and child custody cases. Child custody has already been through court, but there are issues still to be resolved. My son got no-where when joint custody was given to his son's mom because he could not afford a lawyer. More issues are coming up each month with his mom not following court orders concerning joint custody such as sleeping with her boyfriend when her son is there, not consulting my son about health issues, not talking about where he will go to school in August. Phone harassment case comes up before the judge on April 2nd. We just found out about it. Any help available?
